A. Please allow 7- 10 days. If it goes over this recommendation please call our customer service team on 0161 226 0654 with your order number.
Q. If I call customer services regarding any queries what information do I need to hand?
A. Your order number, date of purchase, name of the person on the order, name of item.
Q. I can't find my size/ Out of stock?
A. All the sizes displayed on the website are in stock on that particular date, therefore if your required size does not appear for that particular item we do recommend you search for a similar product.

A. Providing the product is within the footwear or apparel categories you can use the search buttons in the top left corner of the home page. Using this feature you can enter specific search criteria.
Q. Do you have a store?
A. No, we are an online retailer. However, if you wish to place an order over the 'phone a member of our customer service team will be able to assist you.

A. Yes all our products are 100% authentic, many are exclusive to us.
Q. Are the Uggs the genuine (Deckers) Australia UGGS?
A. Yes ours are genuine (Deckers) Australia UGGS. There are many fake or replica UGGS on the market most are produced in Australia where originally Deckers produced the UGGS before switching manufacture to China.
